Ensure customer protection
Your customers may ask us to send consumer-permissioned data to you. As a bank, the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) suggests you have a responsibility to ensure consumer protections when working with data aggregators—even if there isn’t a formal agreement.
We couldn’t agree more
We’re happy to help you do your due diligence to assess risk and manage the benefits and protections that our aggregation gives your customers. We’ve made it easy: Simply submit the form and we’ll send prepared materials for your review along with a due diligence guide, plus provide a Finicity representative to help you with any other items your team may need to get started.
No one is more connected to financial institutions
If your customers have to jump through hoops, they’re more likely to jump ship. Make it easy to use their favorite financial apps via a secure and trusted open banking platform. With our industry-leading data aggregation solutions, connections to more than 10,000 financial institutions and the most direct access agreements with banks, no one comes close to the kind of access and control we provide.

Whether that’s with direct API integration, or by ensuring compliance with OCC requirements regarding due diligence of data aggregators, we’re all about creating great customer experiences powered by clean and accurate data.
OCC due diligence coming due?
To help protect sensitive customer data, the OCC 2020-10 bulletin from March 2020 requires all banks to perform due diligence on data aggregators—regardless of the relationship the two organizations have. Let us help with prepared materials for your review, a due diligence guide and a Finicity representative to help.
